One of the founding members of FLOZ, I am serving as the head of design for all elements of the startup.

Hydration made simple.

I began at FLOZ as it’s fourth member, leading all design efforts from branding to service design. I have worked with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, and marketers. I assisted in the grassroots of the project, from business validation to short-run manufacturing.

Concept Generation.

The CEO’s had a vision for the product to be in line with other fitness brands, like WHOOP and Fitbit. I worked through several concept sketches to capture that fit-tech look that we wanted, adjacent to designs like Apple. Through this process, we optimized the shape and footprint of our design.

Final Product

I collaborated with a mechanical and electrical engineer to develop the final form factor and aesthetics of the FLOZ device. We troubleshooted materials, manufacturing, and efficiency challenges.

Branding & Identity

Logo

I developed the FLOZ logo to show hydration and improvement.

Brand Kit

I developed a brand kit for FLOZ to be used on all print, web, and app assets.

Identity

I established identity guidelines for FLOZ, with emphasis on language to use.

App and Website

I created the app and web pages for FLOZ from the ground up, running iterative studies and A/B testing on the UI/UX of the site. View the website and download the app!

FLOZ is currently sourcing a short run manufacturer, shooting to be on the market by the end of year.
